1. What makes your candles unique?
At Custom by Coits, our candles are handcrafted using premium ingredients, such as soy wax and gel wax, to ensure a clean burn and lasting fragrance. Each design is thoughtfully created to be both beautiful and functional, making our candles perfect for gifting or personal use.

2. How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by product, but most of our 8 oz candles offer up to 60 hours of burn time, depending on use.

3. How should I care for my candle?
To get the best out of your candle:

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
• Allow the wax to melt evenly to avoid tunneling.
• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.

4. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Most of our candles come beautifully packaged in black and gold gift boxes, making them perfect for any occasion.

5. What is the best way to use the 1 oz gel wax cups?
Simply squeeze the sides of the cup to release the gel wax into your warmer. Once the wax cools, cleanup is a breeze—just pop out the cooled wax and discard or reuse the cup.

6. Do you ship internationally?
